1 - MANUAL CONTROL DESKS - $26,895 ex GST
   Price includes batching console (1200mm standalone steel console desk, PLC hardware, buttons and wiring), 2 x weighing indicators (aggregate and cement),
installation and commissioning.
Price excludes travel to site and does not include a PC or any PC software.

2 – LOGGING SYSTEM - $30,740 ex GST
   Price includes batching console (600mm standalone steel console desk, PLC hardware, buttons and wiring), 2 x weighing indicators (aggregate and cement),
installation and commissioning.
Logging software included – does everything that the full batching system does except the automatic discharging.
Also available in 1200mm standalone steel desk configuration – add $2250 (ex GST)
Price excludes travel to site and does not include a PC or any PC software.

3 - FULL AUTOMATIC BATCHING SYSTEM FOR OVERHEAD BIN PLANT - $33,895 ex GST
   Price includes batching console (600mm standalone steel main control desk , PLC hardware, buttons and wiring
2 x weighing indicators (aggregate and cement), UENS U-Batch software, installation and commissioning

4 - FULL AUTOMATIC BATCHING SYSTEM FOR SINGLE SIDE FRONT END LOADER PLANTS - $38,250 ex GST
   Price includes main control desk (800mm standalone steel console with PLC hardware, buttons and wiring),
additives control desk (600mm stand-alone steel console with additive controllers and contactors), 2 x weighing indicators (aggregate and cement),

We have fertiliser batching systems, filling stations, check weigher software, POS systems, pallet weighing and label printing systems.

CUSTOM BATCHING APPLICATIONS
Control panels can be designed and built to customer specifications utilising top quality steel enclosures and readily available electrical components.
Manually operated or full automatic options are available.
Our systems interface to a number of industry standard devices including Ranger, AND, Mettler Toledo and Gedge indicators and remote displays.
For dispensing of liquids, we can supply, install and support industry standard Manu meters.
All our batching systems are PLC driven with the option of 24 or 240 volt wiring.

POS SYSTEMS
We have point of sale software that can integrate as part of our weighbridge software or operate as stand alone.
The system allows the printing of customisable bar code labels and the use of a hand scanner for transaction completion.
Interfacing to a cash draw is available.

PALLET WEIGHING & LABEL PRINTING
We have a number of systems allowing capturing of live weight data. The software can be interfaced to thermal printers (amongst other devices)
to allow easy production of pallet labels and tags. Reports can be produced off the captured data for the purposes of quality control.
